All earrings are made with polymer clay - a humanmade 'clay' based on polymer polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Creations are often combined with additional elements of bamboo and brass, as well as stainless steel in gold, silver, gun metal and rose gold.

Earring posts and hooks are hypoallergenic, in stainless steel, and lead-and nickel-free iron based metals.

Polymer clay is lightweight, durable and so versatile! It's hard to break or chip which means your earrings will be long-lasting. It's a flexible material that enables so many different designs and styles by mixing colours, shapes and combining with other elements. In addition, scraps from earring creations can be easily reused in other designs by adding more clay, gold, silver or copper leaf, or acrylic paint prints. Nothing goes to waste!

Please keep your polymer clay creations away from water and high temperatures, and make sure to store them safely. If you find your earrings have picked up marks or stains, such as make-up, you can use a baby wipe or damp cloth to gently wipe away.

Brass components tarnish naturally over time but can be easily polished up with Brasso or simliar product.

Our polymer clay earrings are fully baked to reach maximum strength and durability. Polymer clay earrings can last many years when well stored and cared for. Avoiding water and high temperatures (and dropping them!) will ensure they last their longest lifetime.

At our flat rate, Australia-wide shipping rates are:

Standard shipping $7.00

Express shipping $12.50

International shipping rates vary between Australia Post country zones and will be calculated at the check-out. Please expect standard shipping rates to range from AUD $15.00 to AUD $30.00. Express international shipping is also available with an additional AUD $15 charge.

We strive to get you your unique handcrafted earrings as soon as possible.  Being a small business and one-woman-operation, packaging and processing time is usually 2-3 days of placing an order on the website, in addition to shipping times.  

Depending on which shipping method you select, your order will be with you within one week of packing. Australia Post advises standard shipping within Australia will take upwards of 2 business days (you can expect 2-7 days) and Express Post will arrive the next business day with their Express Post network.

International shipping times vary greatly between countries and may take 6-27 business days. Please note, some countries have suspended services due to Covid-19 disruptions and shipping will not be possible to these countries.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons your earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your earrings have somehow arrived damaged in the post, please take a photo of the damaged earrings and send to hello@euphonydesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We'll endeavour as much as possible to replace any items that are faulty.

Euphony Designs' earrings are individually handmade, unique pieces. Unfortunately we won't be re-making any sold-out earrings on request, so as to ensure earrings remain exclusive and special to customers.
